Crazy time - shock of my life

So I played Crazy Time yesterday at 1:30 PM my local time on Rizk.

I made a bet on my mobile phone and actually got distracted for like 1 minute so I didn’t watch my phone.

When I looked back onto my phone I saw the screen you can see on the following screenshot.

The first second I thought it‘s real, even though it’s very unlikely, 50x multiplier on a 100x coinflip would be the max win of 5kx and the coin had actually been the right side up so it looked like it really happened. I almost got an heartattack because of that.

Then I noticed that it was a mistake, the Wheel didn’t even land on coin flip but on number 5.

They needed a couple minutes to fix that „mistake“.

I wanted to puke so hard.

That actually made me tilt away my whole balance when I actually wanted to make it 100€ bottom line.

So, since I didn’t play these kind of games (monopoly, Dreamcatcher, Crazy Time) too much so far, I have 2 questions:

Does that happen frequently or was that a one time thing?

Do you guys think that there is any chance I might get something because of that if I contact the support or should I just get over it?

This is the reason I've quit all these games. To be honest, I really love Evolution Gaming concept and the games are entertaining. But I've been following these games & forums since the games were released and it's all about that kind of stuff. Big hits that were cancelled in the end (or bets rejected etc). It's because they need to make money to casinos and the competition is tough. That's why they're scamming.

Yesterday I played casino games with bonus money (since nowadays I only try to get free money / spins) and was lucky and won 650e. Of course that big hit came quite easily and I knew I will lose it in the wagering. And as you can imagine, the wager is ridiculous on those free money bonuses, but I managed to wager and now withdrawing 80e. I'm happy for that. Actually I wagered the money with Rise Of Olympus - I ran 700 spins without a single bonus. I'm happy that I managed to wager the money to 80e withdrawal, but I wasn't surprised that "not getting bonuses" thing. You win with free money - lose with real money. That's the schematics of these games. Rise Of Olympus is not extreme volality game and I saw it from the miles away that it wasn't not gonna give bonuses. I understand how rng works, but when you've played these games for 10 years, you know there's something behind that.

In the end these casinos and game providers shoot into their own leg. I'm just bored of this stuff and lost my interest long time ago. Luckily there's always some free money opportunities. Trust me, this business is the most scammed thing in the world. Be careful.

 
It was an error and you didn't have the winning bet, so you won't get anything. These things happen. It's not fun when they do but it does happen. The fact that you tilt away your balance is not the casinos fault really ;)

The hosts then proceeds to the coinflip.. the multiplier hits 50x and 100x?

Then the hosts proceeds with the coinflip and hits the button and it hits blue?...

Why proceed to the coinflip when the wheel hits 5 is what I don't get?

 
The biggest problem I have with this games and Crazy Time in particular is that it is yo easy to aim sections on the wheel and therefor dodge CT and Pochinko areas. That does not mean CT or anything else will never happen, but they keep track of all the money they make and obviously can lower the RTP by spinning safer. Very clear ecspecially with the slow '1 circle' spins.  I do not play these games anymore as it is probably clear it gets me triggered. And the worst thing is, no one will ever be able to proove this...

Well obviously the only way is that the wheel hit Coin Flip but when the bonus started it turned to 5 in the background.

 
So the Wheel landed on 5? That must mean the host pressed winning result as coinflip?

Something similar happened to PhantomHusky on monopoly.

Vadims the Host spins 2 rolls, then goes on to make the winning result number 2 instead of 2 rolls, and they just move on and nobody gets the 2 rolls.

Sometimes Evolution makes such dumb decisions nobody understands.
