Crazy Balls Scam

Saw there was a new Evolution game last night and decided to give it a go, this happened on my first game.

Firstly I hit a line with a 20x and then Crazy Time hit on a 4x, 3rd ball from the end.  One more ball was then drawn with one to come, at this point the machine carried on going but the last ball wasn't sucked up the tube, as you can see in the screenshot.  It stayed that way for a minute or so and then they just cancelled the game, meaning I didn't get the line and the 4x Crazy Time didn't play out.  They just started the next game instantly as though nothing had happened, so there was clearly no problem with the machine.  The host was just as baffled as everyone else but said it was a malfunction and all bets had been returned, with no explanation whatsoever.  There was clearly nothing wrong with the machine, so no reason why it shouldn't have pulled the last ball.

This is so shady from Evolution and shows that they can just stop a game whenever they feel like it, especially when a big payout is incoming.  My bets are only small but others put a lot of money on these things and a 4x Crazy Time had potential to pay out a large amount.  If the machine had broken I'd understand, these things do happen, but this was clearly not the case here and it was obviously deliberately stopped before the last number.  Live support was no help and just closed questions without answering them so is anybody from Evolution prepared to come forward and give a proper explanation or are they just blatantly cheating their players?

I'm sure if you read into rules of the games, there would be a term stating "Malfunction voids all bets and plays" which covers the scenario above; this happens on slots as well not only live games.

There is nothing scammy about it, although I understand the frustration (I would be too in your place).

Of course there would be but shouldn't there at least be the evidence of a malfunction?  If no evidence is ever needed then they have carte blanche to do whatever they wanted and a player has zero recourse.  I was watching a streamer playing this for 20 minutes or so before I decided to play, they never hit a single game and never had a single problem, after this occurred I sat watching in mild disbelief for 20 minutes afterwards and once again there wasn't a single problem and again didn't hit a single game.  It's difficult to see from the screenshot but the last ball had been sucked into the tube but inexplicably dropped before the shoe moved it over to complete the round, as though the suction had been turned off, once they cancelled that game and moved on to the next it all immediately worked perfectly as it should.  If game providers are just allowed to decide when there's a malfunction without an ounce of proof then how is a player ever supposed to win?  Also, as a gambler, it really bothers me when people say it's just a malfunction so move on, it's like we're supposed to just accept that this sort of thing will happen to us and not raise an eyebrow.

Agree that those Malfunctions come in strange times,.Evolution games have had so many Malfunctions in last years that when it benefits them it happens, its hard not to have a tinfoil hat when you have a 5x or 10x multi and you are close to hit a hug win................................. then ups the game just freeze or something happens and game is canceled. There was no issue for hour and after that "round canceled" there will be no issue for long time

Personally i see those "live game show" as a glorified slot. They follow a RTP like a slot and is "control" like any other software

Where there are a lot of money there will be cheating and corruption, does not matter if it gambling, stocks or huge company. Casinos now how to protect them self, the casino will always win by using fair methods or shady. 

What ever you deposit to a casino, that money is lost at the same time you push deposit. Just try to have some entertainment and fun with that money.
