First of all, this was a sketchy-feeling casino, but their site looks user friendly enough and surprisingly much simpler and better than a lot of the other ->Curaçao<- casinos.

The support is shit, it gets translated and is most likely some third-party managing multiple casinos at once.

Also the promotion I got didn't mention that you cannot spend your bonus money or freespins on the biggest providers, including NetEnt and PlayNGo.

First time contacting the support; explaining the situation, the Support doesn't want to take a look at screenshots they requested me to send (I uploaded them to imgur and sent links). The support staff just told me to send an email and closed the chat.
Second time contacting the support, I explain the situation and ask to talk to his supervisor, just for fun. I get told to send an email.
I get told this, and I quote: "you should have put that code when you deposited and you will have gotten those spins automatically . now I can only add free spins on betsoft slots"
He tells me he can only give me freespins, the same freespins the promotion promised should be on Book of Dead on Betsoft slots.

I have some logs (from 2nd support chat call) if anyone want to read them.

All in all..
- Shitty support and no Norwegian/Swedish support even when the site is automatically translated to Norwegian.
- You can't play the games you want with the bonus money you received.
- They won't give me the 50 freespins that the promotion promised.
 

Watch out for the mails sent that want you to go to (LINK: cozyno-mkt.com) to spin the wheel and get a bonus of 75, 100 or 150.
(Just delete cookies to try again, but the code is stupid simple (WINXXX amount), so it's not really needed)

This promotion even says "Use the 50 free spins on the following games:Aztec Idols, Hugo, Book of Dead"


(Yes, I read the Terms before registering, don't worry - I only deposited €20 and got €10 bonus money (30 total).
PS: You cannot withdraw unless its €100+

@torriz i have read what you have said and i understand. It is great you did not deposit 100's of euro's and i thankyou for coming on casinogrounds and flagging up this casino as one to avoid. I think your post should be put at the front on the site so people can see and avoid this casino. Thankyou.

I am having a nightmare with these as well, signed up, won, requested withdrawal, documents verified, then within 4 hours UK players were banned!  Been in the chat room and received an email saying my withdrawal had been processed, but, still no money in my bank.  They told me to chase my bank but, won’t give me any banking details.  I’m not going to get this money I think!!!
