[COMPETITION & STREAMER TOURNAMENT] Volatile Vikings & Dead Man's Trail (Relax Gaming)

Some more feedback: I can understand it’s not your fault Skylined, but you can’t let people spent or waist their money on this slot at Leo and just kick them out in the middle of the tournament. Let Leo be more creative and if they can’t pay it in cash due to the new rules, just spent the money on merch, a trip or give it to Kim and let him do a bonus buy from the money and sent the winnings to the dutch players their skrill or neteller. I appreciate Leo doing giveaways, but the new Dutch rules isn’t something they invented after the 20th of september.

dutch players knew what was coming so it was their risk/fault to participate.

skylined is no lawyer who keeps up to date with the worldwide casino regulations

Easy to say when you win 400€ instead of the 150€ you deserve mate.

😉

skylined will handle this as well as he always does

Sorry all friendly but your arguments are a little weak haha

1. Casinogrounds does kind of have to keep up to date with worldwilde casino regulations considering they are promoting casinos whereby NL is quite popular with gambling 😜

2. Do you know how many proposed acts are put through to the NL government on a weekly basis? I’ll tell you it’s a lot 😂 even the avid casino gamblers didn’t know what was going to happen with the new regulations

either way, seeing some bonus buys on stream for NL winners would be super nice content 😀

ad 1: u request a lot

ad 2: ofc i dont know since i am not from the netherlands

bit stronger argument: "This promotion is subject to change at any time"

Being the devils advocate for my Dutchies here because the money is not important for me but fairness is.

My request is that they do bonus buys or such with the amounts NL players won. They have the same method for Crazy time/gonzo’s giveaways whereby they send the winnings to Skrill so not really much different.

P.s. Casinogrounds footer = This website is aimed to provide a reliable and friendly Casino Streaming Community.

How reliable are you really if you decide to exclude players mid-tournament while they already gambled their money and not come to a compromise? 😜

My stance on this:
we all know according to the T&C that promo's can be subject to change and  we all knew or could have known that the new legislation for the Dutch would come into effect on October 1st.

I started a very lively thread on Casinogrounds about this on September 23rd .
In the OP of that thread I mentioned that the stopping of ongoing operations for the Dutch market for unlicensed operators per October 1st was rather sudden and that " I expect the Dutch to have far fewer decent places to play online for at least half a year, and not being able or allowed to participate in the CG promo's anymore from next week onwards. "

Only on September 21st our government announced that the fines for operating without a license were after October 1st were to be increased 4% of annual revenue or EUR 600.000, whichever is greater, and that violations of the rules were to be enforced.
Before September 21st there were rumours that operating without a license would be condoned.

So to me it is no surprise that Leovegas is not taking any risks here and that Dutch people are simply excluded from the promo.  Hence also the score for the leaderboard that I submitted of 'merely' 500x.

I assume that the prize money from Casinogrounds is sponsored by Leovegas for at least a large part. We shouldn't put Skylined/CG to any difficult decisions by asking for alternative ways to get any prize money.

I for one don't need anything, if up to me just make a leaderboard and random draw for all non-Dutch people.

And a huge thanks for having being able to compete for years in CG promo's in a privileged position.
Before us, The Swedish, Danish, German, Belgian and UK people all have had their possibilities to join promo's restricted.

Much love 💗

Could make this a big argument, but let’s give @Skylined87 a chance to solve it first.

I would suggest something like an Amazon voucher (valued at leaderboard rank). Can’t be spend on gambling though, so that’s pretty responsible 😂.

For future promo’s let’s hope we can compete again next year! 💪

@Skylined87do you have an update for the NL players? Or did i miss a final conclusion?
Unfortunately due to unexpected regulatory changes/requirement NL players got excluded from the promotion. This is covered in our T&Cs as its something outside of our control.

Due to the unfortunate exclusion of NL players making them ineligible to participate in the promotion, CasinoGrounds decided to give something to show our appreciation for being active in the CG community as a token of goodwill.

We hope you understand that these things can happen from time to time, but we naturally do our best to avoid having changes made during a promotion.
