Contacting Leovegas these days is a waste of time, their level of service has drastically dropped. Therefore, I am doing my wagering elsewhere and likely to remove my account. Most probably customer service will tell you to "send us an email" to a group box, which everyone knows is a graveyard of cases. Basically I cant deposit suddenly earlier this year as only option from UK shows as Skrill ( i dont use) Paysafecard. Cant even add a debit card either or other options. Only these 2 options. I had neteller before but understand they removed this?
