Thanks @LetsGiveItASpin, received my tip. But Hype Casino has strict rules; to cash out the tips, you need an account with 10,000 XP, and to get 10,000 XP you need a 10,000 USD wager. For small depositors like me, a 10,000 USD wager seems impossible. Still, thank you, I happily played and finished my 100 USD.

He was one or closed from 5/3 community hunt, they got paid last thursday. Apperently though most of them had never even done a deposit prior and were most likely alt accounts or someone destroying the fun for the real people. None of the 26/3 Hunt has been paid yet so don’t worry. It has just been a week might take a few more.

from last month's guessing, yes, 10,000 wagers is a lot, but if you start with at least 500 USD, maybe you can complete the wager requirement.
