After this last week on Leo I have decided to close my account.
I have lost £1500 in 10 days (£750 in 5 hours today) on betsizes averaging 60 pence, I am completely broke and gutted and with no cashback, free spins (no wagering) or any sort of promotion from Leovegas that justifies losing that amount even with me being loyal to the site for over a year, I have had my fill. There is no loyalty program from the site like weekly cashback or races (like Videoslots), so when you lose, you literally get zilch. My total deposits in a year are well over 10k, so it's not exactly petty cash.
Then there was the thing about signing up through Letsgiveitaspin, apparently I didn't but I know for a fact that I did, the confusion occurred because when I signed up through Kim I already had an account on the site opened a few years prior but i had never deposited on it, so they deleted the account accordingly. Therefore I also miss out on promotions through Casinogrounds related to Leovegas.
It is not Kim's fault or any streamers fault my losses or indeed the sign-up issue so I do not blame them, Leovegas however will never see a penny off me for at least 5 years. I decided to self-exclude for 5 years on the site, mainly because when I went to support to close the account they offered me bonuses to remain. They gave me 100 free spins on book of dead at 10p stake with a 35x wagering requirement, so I used it, didn't do well, then self excluded.
I will however be keeping my other sites, because fair play to Videoslots, if I bust my bank for the week I at least still have daily freerolls, Friday cashback and free cash on a Monday, all wager free.
Lesson learnt, never stick with a site that doesn't do right by you as a customer. Now, as for me, back to trying to get on my feet again.

I agree with you that leovegas should have at least some kind of reaward sytem. I've also been in your clothes not that long ago, lost a shit ton in a couple of days at leovegas, went to chat and nicely asked for some freespins or a depositbonus, didn't get anything and I've played there regulary for 1,5 years (2017 i think I had 25k depostits there with a loss of 3-4k).
