Hi all,
Im having a RIDICULOUS situation with Caxino/Wheelz.
Had a caxino account for months. When I signed up text wouldnt come through so I used a random old sim and it worked. Never made a note of the number. Signed up to wheelz two weeks ago and requested a €550 WD. Wheelz then asked me to verify Caxino account before they would process the Wheelz withdrawa? I did it and said verified. They then wanted proof of ownership of the number. I stated it was an old one and I didnt have it or know it. They asked for a new number and proof of ownership, I had to take out a one month contract on a new number JUST FOR THIS. I sent it all in and they then said they still needed the old number before they would updated the new number???? This isn't in their terms and makes no sense. They know full well I don't have the old sim so can never do this and they are currently withholding the €550 ransom in my wheelz account. Theft.
Any help or advice? Chat won't help me and have banned me. Incredibly frustrating and morally wrong, Ive also never used a bookie or casino where you can't view and change any of your account details yourself? Which you can't on these sites?
