I do really reccomend using a skrill or neteller account for withdrawal in Norway, while you may lose some percentage of your winnings in transaction fees, you get your money quickly and without fault everytime, i had this same issue with LeoVegas once, where the bank rejected the transaction and  had to wait 2 months for the money.

I now only withdraw through rapidtransfer, skrill, or neteller

@Casumo LouisAny updates on this regarding payment through billspay? Seems like theres quite a few cases like this.

3 weeks and counting, still havent recieved my withdrawal.

Would it be possible to transfer the money back to my casumoaccount so I can change the withdrawalmethod?

 
Ok, i was reading another forumthread where a guy has been waiting on his withdrawal from casumo through billspay since 8 august. Id prefer not to wait 2-3 months :/

Hello ? I've been waiting 22 bank days for payment. No more things, start getting irritated.

First it would take a maximum of 5 bank days, then 10, the next 20 and now Casumo can't answer how long it will take!

Understands several customers from betsson etc. have been paid last week, but why not Casumo?
 
I'm afraid it's an ongoing issue with billspay, we've reached out to the payment provider and we will continue doing so for all players who has delayed withdrawals.

It's very random as well as most of the withdrawals goes through problem free, and others can take a while.

But I would strongly suggest to use a different withdrawal method usch as skrill or neteller, as mentioned before.

 
Have tried with deposid on skrill but it dosent work, and then it's not possible too take out money with skrill. 

Im not gone use Casumo again. Betsson and betsafe they pays out, and in a few days the payout will come?

same for me, DNB aswell

 
Same with me, withdrawed my money on 20.9 from Storspiller and casumo.. Got the money after 4 days on Storspiller, still waiting on the money from Casumo. same method banktransfer.
