Casumo withdrawal times with Canada

Hello all,

First I would like to say I've had no issues with Casumos in the past. They have great support and my previous cashouts were all super fast (Skrill and Entropay used to be accepted for Canada). I was left with no choice but to cashout through my bank, but now its been 10 days and I haven't received it. I am not blaming Casumo in any way, I am simply curious if there are any other Canucks around here that may have had the same delay as me or if you find yourself in the same problem since the new regulations?

I would suggest you contact the support on Casumo and they will tell you what's going on Also yes, new regulations make it difficult for canadians to withdraw their winnings since many payments processors are now excluded. I tried to find a topic which was here on forum few days ago regarding that, there is supposedly new canadian e-wallet system which some casinos are implementing already... But I didn't find it

Thanks for the reply Skyline. Rest assured that I did contact support, but I was curious if other canadian players were having the same issue with Casumo. They mentioned it could take between 5-7 business days and we're right around the deadline. I'll be recontacting them on Wednesday at the latest if I still haven't received it.

To put it in perspective, Superlenny withdraw came within 2 business days and Leovegas in 3.
