Casumo taking advantage to the next level.

Heyoooo degens lol. Just wanted to share my story whit everyone here, so been playing in Casumo for around 6 years now, had ups and downs in that casino, but around two years ago Casumo has been both by someone else they change the colors, payments, live chats etc. Used to be instant withdraws now you have to wait at least two days, live chat was faster etc. etc. Well around July i got an e-mail saying: hey mate, listen youw been getting to much stuff from the live chat so we took your privilages to reel races, campaign bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins and so on OUT. I mean just like that no warning nothing. I got pissed at first but after an intense month of back and forth, they said ok ok we will give you your bonuses back on december first and am like damn boi thats half a year...but i took the deal said fuck it dont need them anyways. So been playing for half a year lost thausands of free spins, they have these campaign bonuses space crystals they always give a random cash amount ranging from 5quid to 200 something (not shure on the max) so lost around 25 of them bad bois. So finaly december first comes and am like: sup give me my bonuses back i was a good little degen and didint ask anything. And i wait one week, second week pases, christmas is around the corner and i go in live chat and get a big fat NO. No explanaition why, what and how. Just a NO. I ask them to reply to my email to explain, write at least ten emails, and always get the we will get back to you. So today asked again why arent they responding to my emails FOR A MONTH, get same shit as always and i think its the last straw here. Thinking of putting Casumo on the ban list what do you guys think about all of this? Maybe@Skylined87 could comment this a bit further for me? :)

 
I don't think that any gambling site should be expected to give bonuses/free spins on request but since they promised they should fulfill their promise. But apparently you are not important/not profitable enough for them to care.

Didint expect nothing only the promos reel races, tournaments etc. They include in the site. Was getting to much of thoes so they just banned me from everything now only able to worhdraw and deposit. Thats it. The bonuses dont bother me that much its just the way Casumo threats there players like thrash even the loyal ones. Not recomending to play on that site and if you do libe chat literaly cant help me you in 90% on the cases. They escalate to the higher ups witch take MONTHS to reply and usualy the reply is around the same shit they tell you in live chat: sorry cant help please deposit more Lol

Yes sir, usuAly it takes ages to fill up the campaign bonuses, so sometimes i would ask live chat for some free tuff. They always give out something. But i would ask max once a week or when am om a really bad run gor some deposit bonuses etc. They give out these ones like candy dont even have to ask just plz use them whit 35x wagering lolol so yeah just want ppl to know what not to do in the future. 🥴🥴🥴

 
For the people reading this and trying to figure out whats happening heres a quick break down and update on the situation.

2020 July first i get blocked from caimpaign bonuses whit no warning, thats deposit bonuses free spins bonus money etc. For apparently asking for bonuses in the live chat .

Same month after a few arguments get a deal whit casumo that i can get them back on December first as this would be a good detergent for me to play in there eyes, witch is total bullshit.

anyway december first comes and i write an email to them saying: we had a deal can i get them back?

finaly they reply on new years eve 4 weeks later saying sorry no. Firstly no explanation no arguments or facts why they are not giving them back.

Then after a few good emails back and forth  they start saying oh you asked for a bonus on September and july. As i try to explain to them nicely whit no hate speech that this is not true please present some facts or copys of the chats they start to block my account.

They keep telling me oh your a bad player we recommend a break for 3 months time and whit every email ignoring my questions and getting further and further away from the initial topic of the return of my campaign bonuses.

So finally now as i kept on going and going whit them in the emails they blocked my account completely whit no warning explanation or arguments. If anyone interested more i can upload the email chats here.

so in conclusion just want to say that there protection team is not  to protect but only to harass a player. Dont play there guys as soon as you will deposit inaf in there eyes youl start getting emails witch will eventualy lead to getting banned and youl never be able to win your money back or at least brake even. 

Giving Casumo 0 out of ten as the live chat teams are clueless on the situations and the upper departments can only block ban or take away privileges from you. Plus rtps max 94percent. 

 
Pure speculation, I have no idea who owns Casumo, just applying my experience working in a casino the gets purchased by a new investment company every 4-5 years.

I'm guessing the new owners are an investment firm. 

Whenever an investment firm buys a casino the first thing they do is cut the expenses. They have no understanding that the attributed expenses for player incentives are not real money figures. If you give a gambler £100 in bonus money to play at a casino with a 35x wagering requirement it will show on the books as a £100 expense - in reality, assuming the player played a 95% rtp slot, to clear the £3500 wager they would, on average lose the £100 bonus money +£75 of their own money. It isn't a £100 expense; giving someone £100 in bonus money is a £75 gain.

They come in, gut the expenses budget and then wonder why their revenue tanks.

Despite the falling revenue and even if the casino crashes and burns, the person who cut the expenses will always be viewed, by the bean counters, as the one who did the right thing, probably get promoted and move on cluelessly to the next opportunity to "save money".

You are not losing enough money for them to treat you better. Simple. If you emptied your bank account, believe me, you'd be receiving 20 emails a day with offers and enticements. That's all I'm going to say. 

 
Yeah you guys are all correct...well hope at least one person can learn from this post and not open an account there or just stop playing in general in Casumo. P.s i remember in 2020 summer iw won a few good times ower 3k eorus and believe me guys they didint make it easy to cash out, so was always wondering if youd win big would they fuck me so i probably know the answer now lolol.

Completely agree and also for most gamblers including myself the redeposits start after the initial deposit lost , then god knows how much money the £100 bonus brings to the casino
