My story begins about me last year and searching of a new Casino, I searched and got up some infos about casumo and decided to give it a try.

in the first months of membership i had the first deposits only lose ones, then i had some good winnings the highest one was 1800 euro on Break da Bank again, on a 90 cent bet.

After this hit, it was like 7 months ago, i played alot very alot, i gambled the 1800 Euro away and alot more . I think i Loosed more then 7000 Euro the last 5 months.

The casino is, in my opinion, the worst thing I've ever seen. For example, you pay 500 euros a day, and what you get is no bonus. The last few days I have lost again within 3 days 500 Euro. The Snowball campaign was the biggest shit I've ever experienced in a casino action. I upgraded 3x 50 Euro and got 20x 20 cent free spins and  10x10 cent free spins.

So this is the special Christmas action of Casumo, a blow in the mouth not more. I'm just so mad excited about this crap store! Something can not be, this is not customer service just nothing! You get a shit from the people! And about me and the game sessions of which I had, i dont dont want to talk about it, i deposit like 100 euro, my bankroll dead turns immediately lost. no fun no nothing and that for 9 months, so honestly I shit now on something from this Casino. I was also in the chat several times for bonus requests but you just do not get anything, that's so ridiculous, I was a little more upset as i talked with the normal livechat , then had the CasinoAmbassador reported, and said my account for 7 months to lock, for alleged gambling addiction, ! Casumo I have such a hate for you! I hope you others will never deposit there again, you will not be valued simply nothing! that's something ridiculous 7000 euro pure and not even a 100 euro bonus doer else what, I get no newsletters no deposit bonus, just nothing, I have the snout full, that's just like Leovegas!

God damn im so Angry about thie money eating egoistic s***heads from Casumo!

I know mate they have changed in more ways than one, used to be one of the best casinos for bonuses even for affiliates but now its gone to shit basically.

Offers like make a deposit to get 10 free spins on minimum bet just piss me off, i used to get free spins off them regularly actually for "free"

and bonuses all of the time 3+  week and now i haven't got one without asking in months. Seems allot more money hungry. like they dont make enough as it is..

Your words are also my Thaugts. Yes of course its a joke that 10 spins for a Deposit. I went up to the livechat and i was really angry as i have thaught of what a fu**ing bad Customerservice they are, in Between the Bonuses of Casumo and Other Casinos. Casumo even does not offer any Deposit offers!!! Like Leo Vegas the same !

So i told the Livechat that they are so retarded with their bonuses and i went like all other casinos will let you have even a 100 deposit bonus , and with a singel deposit of 100 Euro, i Would take casumos shitty bonuses down with 2 deposit match bonuses, They did not respond to my argument caúse they already know , and for sure i Know now what theese  arseholes be like!

I went really crazy and mad about this biggest Dissappointment in the History of Casino Christmas Promos, They Should delete it and throw it in the Garbage like their Dead Slots !

Also What do you think that they blocked my account? because i went mad in the livechat , by giving casumo facts about them wich are true?! very nice to get ridd of Players who do not fit in the membership . They think every body is a donky ?!

 
OK , Casumo hast now closed my Account permanently, please someone help me into this matter, i said as i was angry to florian the casumo abassador that i even dont want to be member andi was like in my opinion that the snowbal was the badest promo action a casino has ever done in history ...

I feel the same shit about casumo.

Been playing there from time to time over some years and if i ask for a bonus in live-chat i NEVER get it.

Also wagering on freespins is total dogshit too.

 
For me Casumo is very visually satisfying as a casino (It looks unique and fresh) but as for substance i stay away.
