Yup. Casumo has become absolute dogshit. Their support is awful. No response on live chat cases. Waited (and still waiting) for 12 weeks on one of them f.ex.
Max 200 eur withdrawal to VISA (this is due to some Norwegian bank limitation stuff, which is FINE), but the problem is that there is no way to do multiple withdrawals or 'queue' them up. PlayOkay complete bullshit.
When asked why players cannot make multiple withdrawal requests at once:
My understanding was that it would just go back to your valuables and be available whenever you want to use it.
EDIT: Probably no system in place, no time. They can barely answer live support tickets. So they should probably stop promising to let you know, right?

The support agents cannot give you a good answer on the terms of these deposit bonuses. They refuse to answer if the welcome deposit bonus offer is the one that counts for the "reload deposit bonuses" or not. The valuables themselves does not show the terms.
The welcome deposit offer clearly states that 'you will only get this offer once', so what are we supposed to think?

If not then I guess when you click "No thanks" to a bonus from your valuables the system considers it as you rejecting it completely and therefore it just enters and expired state.
I understand where you are coming from but it doesn't seem to me like they are been unfair or anything. You clicked "no thanks," when offered the bonus, which caused the bonus to expire.
Do you guys play on Casumo? Are you 100% sure about this? :S@dirtystackis right. When you choose NO then the bonus disappears. Casumo agent was in fact very kind to you, You should accept € 50![]()

No I dont, you are right there. In my business when we make a mistake or the customer misunderstand something we made unclear, we make it up to them, thats how we keep customers. If I am not autorized to do it, i escalate when the customer is obviously at risk of "churning". But please, just keep defending your colleagues.
Alot of competitors out there, with the same slots and same RTP(well, usually).
So the customer service and loyalty programs, quick withdraws etc are the way to have loyal customers. I am obv on other sites as well to seem happy to have me as their customer![]()
Sadly, Casumo actually never end up emailing players, even when they promise to let you know..I logged in today and received a 300 euro bonus, the day after I lost the 500 bonus, i dont belive in coincidence.
Someone in Casumo felt like I was being "wronged" (is that even a word?).
Still not 500 euro deposit, and not an email saying "sorry, about the bad experience you had, here is a 300 euro bonus". It wasn't compensation.There is fault on both sides, in my opinion. The chat agent did the maximum whatever they could do at that point. I think the 300 euro you received is a good deal. Enjoy!![]()
