Any one more then me that have problem Whit geting caschout frome Casumo . I Did my caschout saturday morning 5 am. Monday i get a email that they need verifikations , ha have sent that meny times i have playd at Casumo meny years. 
well i send new verifications today tuesday afternoon they still havent even confirmd my verifications. In chat they say they cant Do anything i have to wait. 
so fare i have waited almost 4days , its not ok fore a big casino like Casumo. 
i dont understan other casino payout in 5min. 
is there more out there that have problem Whit Casumo, hade same problem last time to then i waited 3days

As long as this is regular KYC  (know your customer) verification, the delay should not be too long and you'll be okay.

Casumo is a big and reputable casino.

However, as soons as Casumo starts asking for 'Source of Wealth' ( SoW ) , the delay in payment could be much much longer.
Casumo is well-known for this (google "casumo sow issue" if you like.

Arguably this is because Casumo have been hit with heavy fines in the past by UKGC and now have strict procedures in place.

yes they are only asking fore my ID and adress verifications. 
i just get so mad, if the need verifications they could have told me on saturday not wait to monday. 
feels like the delay on purpose.

strange What are they doing? 
realy Cant find any reson Why i should keep play there after this.
