Casumo don’t play never in your life on them site

Hello guys I got a problem I withdraw 2000 from casumo yesterday was showing my withdraw on pending ..today I check again is gone from there plus my deposit aswell I got the screenshoot can you help me guys I want to take my money and leave that site

His withdrawal has not been processed though has it? it would show in the history, it's just vanished from the transactions.  Expect a KYC email soon I'd say and then a fight for your money if recent Casumo actions are anything to go by.

 
And guys is no chance to have my money ? They are discussing people.. is someone witch they play on this site and they be paid ? Thank you a lot for help guys 

I spoke with them and they give me some shit answer ...

Yes I have played a lot on Casumo over the last month.
Wagered well over 100K in blackjack.  5K in deposits, 2.5K in withdrawals.

The last withdrawal has showed as ´approved withdrawal´ since December 25th and has hit my bank account just today. Usually withdrawals are a bit faster. I have had extensive interactions with customer support over some blackjack promo´s. Live support agent Mats sorted me out in the end.

You'll get paid, hopefully sooner than later.

Hope you have been verified at Casumo since you are withdrawing over EUR 2K which is one of the thresholds for KYC procedures.
Also, I see that you are from UK.
UK customers sometimes get hit with quite intrusive SoW checks.

Casumo is a fine casino but has been much better years ago.

From what I have seen in this thread your withdrawal is pending a KYC/verification procedure which is standard for the total withdrawal amounts greater than 2K.

I would still recommend Casumo for any non-UK players.
For UK punters I have read too many SoW horror stories.

 
Hello me, it happened similarly. I waited 1 week for my payment. I can only give you the tip to contact support every day and exert pressure, but don't worry, you will surely get your winnings .

Casumo has very friendly support, tho the site has gone down hill yes with all the bonuses,reel races etc.

But please don't blame the casino, they will give you the money if your acc info is verified n good to go, but it might take some time, just don't worry.

If I may ask, was this the first time you deposited at Casumo? If not, how much money have you deposited previously? Because according to UKGC and especially recent Covid regulations, they should have checked your proof of income/affordability long before you requested a withdrawal. For example, GG Poker only allows $1200/month in deposits for UK players if you do not provide them with the evidence of regular income.
