I have been waiting for nearly 2 weeks now for my wealth payslip authorization to be confirmed and it still hasn't they keep telling me there is no time limit on this, i have a locked withdrawal that i havnt been able to get because of this, ive been a regular player for a couple of years, i think this is terrible, can you help?

this is the reason why streamers have stopped playing there, casumo are wanting your personal wealth info, and its out of order imo, its a shame beacuse they are a great site, hopefully you get some help m8
