I have been reading through the forums and have seen similar complaints against Casumo, with no updates on resolutions.
Here is my story...
I was playing on their Reel Races, I quite like the competitive nature of them...nonetheless, I won for the first time in a really long time, the win was $4000 CAD on Eastern Emeralds, the game was really hot. I received the valuable and continued to play other games throughout the day.
Furthermore, later on that evening I went on to cashout my winnings so that I can enjoy the funds through another form of entertainment. My accounts are verified, everything is updated, I have not breached any T&C's, and only used my own devices to play.
I was then sent this e-mail earlier this morning:
Hi there !While reviewing your account we have found it to be in violation of our Terms and conditions part 3.2.2 & 3.9. More specifically, only one account for each household, IP address and computer device is allowed3.2.2. Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device, Casumo must be informed by the respective Accounts’ holders.3.9. You understand and accept that Casumo strictly prohibits cheating Players and Player collusion. Should We have reasonable suspicion that any cheating or collusion has occurred, We reserve the right to void any bet that We suspect has been made as a result of such behaviour and/or confiscate any funds on Your Account and close Your Account. Moreover, any Player which has reasonable grounds to suspect that another Player is taking an unfair advantage through cheating or collusion is to report the suspicion to Casumo by sending an email on [email protected].Due to the breach of our terms and conditions in this manner, we have confiscated your bonus and any winning from your account in line with term 3.2.2 & 3.9 of our terms and conditions.Furthermore, your Casumo account has been blocked.Kind regards,Demis
Can any explain to me why this casino, was so quick to take my $1000's in deposits, but when I look to withdraw a recent win, they now have confiscated my entire RAW balance no bonus attached account and blocked me from entering?
