CasinoSecret <-> BTG

Hey guys,

so I played Extra Chilli on CasinoSecret 2 days ago and got me a bonus round on 0.20€ and gambled to 24 spins. Closed the game, went to smoke a cigarette and continued to play on my mobile. After the weird start (game started with 0x and 0 spins but gave me a win, then started and spin 2 with 1x multi..) the game paid pretty good. I was at around 107€ after 23 spins when an error showed up -&gt; "Error finishing the game round" or something like that and it took me back to the lobby.

I reloaded the game, the bonus was gone but it didn't credit the win of over 100€ to my account.. so I contacted the support which said the bonus round was played fine and I received all of the winnings. But I didn't. I told them to get in contact with @Big Time Gaming official to solve this case.

Unfortunately I didn't capture anything of this in a video or a screenshot because I didn't think of getting scammed like that lol.

Anyone experienced something like this? What to do? :/ I mean it's "only" 100 bucks but hey, I really don't want them to just keep my money.

This seems to happen to BTG slots. Their slots are good, but the quality regarding broken gamerounds are one of the worst. I have not had any problems with any other providers, but BTG it happened 3 times for me, where the casino have to contact BTG to fix gameround, and i'm glad i could document everything by video and screenshots, or else i think they would never manage to fix it.

Danger HV: Bonus freezes before i manage to choose gates or hell - took over a week to get it solved

Extra chilli: game crashed during bonus, never get my winning, and slot goes into a reload-loop. Took almost 2 weeks to solve it

Lil devil: all my collected hearts suddenly dissapeard. had to prove with many screenshot and video where you can see they gets erased during a playround. Surprisingly enough clearing cookie and cache did not fix it, so it took around 1 week to get it solved.

Dont give up, demand them to investigate it.

I like the way they say all winnings was paid correctly without investigation

I had it on spinit casino had a bonus only paid 9 quid credited to my account but not the full ammount so i pulled out to contact support to then see it had disappeard, long story short emails said there was no bonus (even though i sent a screenshot) and said BTG said there was no bonus, so cut losses and closed my account with um.

Also how broken is that new millionaire one! it adds scatters but does nothing until you hit another one and if you dont hit another one it doesnt progress had that on most bonuses and also when you gamble it goes weird and says something like invalid sequence or summat! Slacking BTG ?

Regardless of getting my winnings or not I'm gonna close my account at the casino. But yeah.. BTG has been buggy for years now. Kinda sad if you think about the money they make per year.
