Deposited 100€ +100% bonus in CasinoCarnaval and instantly when tried to play first game it giving me error "reduce bet or deposit more money". I asked from support and sended some email, 3 days and still not fixed. If i ask can they remove my bonus and can i cashout that 100€ they say i need wager my own deposit and its not even my fault.
