I signed up to Casino Friday after seeing them listed here.
I won 200 on roulette and withdrew. They asked for kYC, ID, Selfie, POA, Bank statement, Card. I supplied all this.
They then sent an email saying my documents had been altered and they could steal my €200 winnings and i had to supply a bank statement showing deposits into the account.
Firstly, their terms say nothing about 'docs being altered'. They state if the details do not match. Secondly nothing has been altered apart from obscuring my card number.
I have asked casino friday what are they suggesting and what evidence do they have or anything being altered. No response.
Can someone from casinogrounds help here? Happy to provide all my KYC docs.
