Opened a account on cashwin. Deposited 20euro got 20euro bonus, so 40 total. Won up to 500euros. Sent the documents in and it got approved. Checked next day and it was still pengding. Wrote to live support and the documents did not got through. Have battled with it and sent them many documents for the address.

Now they want a Bank statement from my bank, swedbank. I have tried and fiend the right one but all of them declined. 
 

I pladyed more and won upp to 10000euros as a have them in my account. I deposited  with REVOLUT. But that doesent count beacuse it is a internetbank and not a physical bank. 

They want a Bank statement with my fullname, address and date. Live in sweden, must I go to a office and get it? All the documents you can order on internetbank was wrong they said.

Need som help here, never had this issue and hassle before with a casino.

It's odd that you're being requested a bank statement from a specific bank, as you made the deposit with Revolut.

It sounds like they are asking for proof of address. That doesn't have to be a bank statement; can be a utility bill, official Swedish document, and such.

PS: Revolut does have banking licenses, and you can download statements from all of your accounts (savings, spending, spare change, currencies, etc) on it. If you have your correct address on that + name, then that should do the trick.
