so i got a random bonus in my email for bronzecasino.com and i wagered it and got to 180 euros i could withdraw, theres a option to withdraw through visa but you have to deposit, i asked the live chat if it was true i had to deposit and they said yes, i went back to the withdrawls and it said you could also bank transfer your withdrawl but without depositing so i asked live chat again if it was true or the withdrawl would be void and they said 'yes i think that is what would happen', what kind of casino says they 'think' something would happen, doesnt seem very professional to me and i was wondering if this is a scam casino, i dont want to enter my card details to deposit there is it is a scam and i wanted to ask if anyone knows anything/has withdrawn there?

Live chat is like the receptionist of a casino - it is very rare for them to have any idea what’s going on behind the front door. Most of them won’t even know the difference between blackjack and poker in my experience.
Live chat is an entry level, high turnover position which doesn’t pay more if you are knowledgable and operators rarely invest in increasing the agents knowledge.
Their job is to be polite and, for anything beyond the very basic, forward any issues to someone who can deal with it.

Is it because it is a curacao license? Then i can add that i have won more than 6500 euro on curacao license casinos in the past month and all money have been paid out. With a total deposit of 3x60euro did a withdrawel of 2000euro,1000 euro and 3500 euro on three different casinos. So not all are bad
But this one has a bad reputation same owner as mrjamescasino

Not all curacao license are bad, there are few good one's too, but this one is not one of them.
