Bonusround Error at Leovegas

I hope you understand my translated English :)

Today while playing Danger High Voltage, I received an error message when I got the bonus round. I tried to fix the problem by myself by deleting temporary files, but it went bad. Then I contacted Leovegas for help. They also failed to solve the problem. So they send this to the game provider. When I logged in later I saw that they had registered 16 euros in my account and the bonus round was removed. Is this correct? I think that's not right. I could have won maybe 1000X. To replace a bonus round with 16 euros that's not correct.

It is possible that your bonus paid out 16 euro's, I know Leovegas have secure gameregistration so if the provider saw that you won more, I'm sure Leovegas would give you that, be happy they took my hole bonus, I hitted an explorer line in the bonus but after a refresh the hole game was frozen, they diddent pay me out because of a lack rule in there terms, this is not on Leo, it was a different casino.

i have myself found cash i dident expekt on leovegas from winnings on error spins i dident notice. In this reagard i have great trust in them. Regarding your bonus, its probly the amount you won. The moment you press the spin before bonus round start its already decided your winnings. I presume either the gaming provider informed leovegas or they themself had the log but regardless im sure they paid out correct. Just contact chat and asked for the reason behind your amount if unsure.
