bonus hunt not allowed with no bonus balance?

[gingerafro]

so i did a raw deposit at rizk, trying to collect some bonuses, after a while i played, when i was going to play the last the game was bugged. and when i asked support about this, they said that bonus hunts was breaking terms? is it not allowed to play the bonuses when u want to?

ive seen so many people doing this so i was shocked, doesnt seem that ill be able to play the extra chilli bonus which i gambled to 16 spins.... :/

anyone have any experience with this? it was no bonus balance

Must most likely be a misunderstanding here - frankly can't see them stopping anyone from collecting bonuses when there is no bonus money in play. Let's see what they come back with and if no good resolution let us know and we'll chase it on our side.

Deleted or got they played out and result credited to you

nope i havent got any funds from it, i have even checked the rounds. i really doubt a 16 spin bonus on extra chilli would go without giving anything

[gingerafro]

Fck yeah, i contacted the support over and over again to get this fixed, and in the end i got the result! 200x so i am pleased
