I could just sound really stupid and un-educated but is there any online casinos that feature bonus buys? I’ve searched a few sites and can’t find any anywhere.

Cheers pal, there’s one site I seen called CasinoCasino and the only buy I could find was white rabbit. Could just be a scam Casino?

I haven't gambled properly for a few years for naughty reasons (Look but not touch arrangement)
. Would recommend doing a bit of research on sites to make your own assessment...CG would have vetted them for sure so they appear in the list so would consider them safe 
Just spoke to live chat who are very approachable and they said "UK cannot do bonus buys". It may just be a redundant button which doesn't work.

Energy casino when they release new games you generally can for a few days. I did doa2 and the other day played the new pragmatic but as of this morning they are doing maintenance on all pragmatic slots that have bonus buys

Just be careful lads, as if you win big they may say they cant pay out due to UKGC rules, you know what casinos are like for finding any excuses to not pay out!
The only bonus buy available to UK players is Buffalo Rising Megaways All Action, Technically isn't not classified as a bonus buy because the game doesn't have a base game so it doesn't have to follow the same rules with base game bonus buys, Party Casino, Betvictor, William Hill, Corals all have it, Probably more i've just not looked for it on other casinos.
