Bonus buys allowed with bonus balance?

Just a quick question, are bonus buys allowed or not with bonus money? I had a case on sloty.com they took all of my winings because i bought 2 bonuses worth 10 euro each but in terms and conditions there is nothing about bonus buys.

Is there anything i can do about it or i made a mistake?

 
If its 10 euro buys then that's over the max allowed bet. You'll find the majority will not allow bonus buys if in doubt just ask the support before you do it.

The T&C in most casinos are that you may not bet more then 5€ and buy a bonus that cost more then 5€ is breach of T&C.

Well i made a mistake then, didnt know they will count that as a single bet... worst thing is i had 4000x+ win on aztec gold megaways and they tok it al lol
