I got a 2500x win on crazytime with a 1 usd bet. I tried to withdraw and slottyvegas closed my account and voided my win. After several emails, they refer me to promediate. This is the email i recieved from them.
"I have now heard back from MaxEnt.
It appears that the account was closed as it was identified that you were in breach of term 12.9
They have since updated the above term, however at the time of the gameplay in question, the T&Cs active at the time were breached. Term 12.9 was breached as you were found to have placed several bets using bonus funds that exceeded the €2 stipulated in the T&Cs as your deposit was made via Skrill.
With regards to your claim regarding your bet on Crazy Time, they reached out to the game provider for further information on the bet in question. You were found to have placed four $1 sub-bets which are taken cumulatively by the system as a single bet of $4, which is above the bet limit of $2 allowed when depositing via Skrill.
In the circumstances MaxEnt are unwilling to offer to compromise in this case and we cannot take it any further.
I am sorry that this news will be disappointing for you to hear but unfortunately there is nothing further that we can do.

I used skrill for depositing, but thats unfair, if i deposit with visa it will be 5 usd, and skrill is more safe. I dont understand this, and my bet was only 1 usd when winning crazytime. What do you think?
