Bonus abuse?

Hello at all,

yesterday i was lucky on a casino and got a very high win (for me). I started with freespins from the casino which gave me only 0,2€. I stayed at the game and got freespins on first spin which payed above 400x so i had 40€ on my balance. With that money i switched over to Bonanza and played on 1€ stake till end of wagering. After that i had 50€ and the wagering was done. I thought: lets do all or nothing and raised to 5€ per spin, got a bit up a bit down and on 33€ i thoght: 1 spin 10€, 1 spin 20€ and go. On 10€ i hit GOLD and a Bonus which paid 283x. After that i closed the game and want to withdraw. I checked the Bonus terms and saw this point: "If you receive free money (no deposit bonus/refer a friend bonus/registration bonus etc’) or free spins winnings, unless stated otherwise the maximum amount that you can win or withdraw from it is €100 or two times the bonus amount. The larger amount of the two will be applied. Any winnings greater than the applied amount, including winnings subsequently won from with that money even after any deposit, will be removed from your account. In addition, no winnings accrued in connection with any Free Bonus may be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met."

I thought ill try to safe some money for me in lil devil hearts and startet collecting. I think its not an abuse, because i play on REAL BALANCE and not Bonus balance. At the end of the terms is following point: "Unless otherwise stated you have up to 24 hours to meet the wagering requirements for Free Bonuses (non-deposit bonus, refer a friend, free spins received for free) before the bonus and any winnings are removed."

The hit is now 34 hours ago and i still have a lot more than 100€ on my account. I will collect more hearts and will try to withdraw 500€. When they decline my withdraw my balance will be reseted to 100€. Im pretty sure, because three weeks ago i managed to get to 1.450€ and sadly broke the bonus terms (i thought max per spin is 5€, but it was only 2€ because i deposit 20€). 

What are your thoughts about that? Is it abuse? I cant find any point in the terms that collecting games are forbidden with the won money from freespins. 

Would love to read some responds.

 
It's at each casino's discretion how they handle this. I would definitely say this is bonus abuse, and I wouldn't do what you're doing, cus if I happened to hit 50,000x only to lose it, I would likely cry. 
I recommend not doing this. 

 
Okay, understand your thoughts but what is the alternative? Try to withdraw and lose the money without playing with that? Hmm... Thats what happened to me just three weeks ago and i just want to try to save some balance. I fully read the terms and there Is no point about the collecting games so i think there Is a small chance.

You may as well try it.

Considering the wording of the bonus terms, which is more refined then most I have seen, they are experienced with this particular method of manipulating.
 

Lil Devil is Too volatile for any kind of reliable return in my opinion, there are much safer ways of doing what you propose.

I dont break any rules so i think thats not really a bad thing from me. I think the casino works shady, when they will take my money. I play on different casinos and know, thats possible to implement technical solutions to never have to take money from the players in such a situation. After the wagering was done on 55€ it should give me a popup for example.

I have mixed experience with skillonnet casinos. I played at clemensspillehal a skillonnet site, i had a bonus i needed to complete wager on and during that. I saw that btg released a new slot called book of gods, back then it was new to be able to buy a bonus. So i wanted to try it, but only in play money mode. So while thinking i was in play money mode i bought a bonus, i instantly saw i was playing with real money. And contacted the support telling them about my mistake, they accepted it and did not do anything about it. Thumbs up for that. 

I then had a bonus offer with free spins on Book of Dead, the offer was deposit 500 kr. And get 50 freespins with 5 kr. Bet Size pr. Spin. During the freespins i got the bonus twice and was very surprised to see that i won over 10000 kr. On it. I contact support and they said that by mistake i was given the 50 freespins at 50 kr. Bet Size pr. Spin.

So they gave me two options, i could have the winnings removed and get 50 new spins at the correct spin value or complete the wager, that was 35x on what i had won during the freespins. So i had to wager over 350000 kr. (47000€) i played multiple hours a day for two Week and some how i did complete the wager and got a nice cashout of 11000 kr. 

I got the money, but a few days later i got a email from skillonnet administration saying i has been excluded from getting a bonus again on all skillonnet casinos. So that is why i got mixed emotion about their sites. They were fair to me, maybe not about not allowing me a bonus. 

I think you should try and ask them for more details on why they removed your winnings maybe there were a mistake in the system. Hoping for a solution you will feel happy about

Maybe it’s because i cleared the wagering while i was under 100€ and win big after the wager? I am a bit hopeful that i might get the money...

Sorry i misunderstood you, i thought they removed the money already. I think that you are allowed to collect the hearts because it was done with the real money balance, but I would still ask support just to be sure. I don't want you to get a 10000x on Lil devil only to see the winnings removed, then it would be better to have the hearts removed now. 

I also think there is a good chance you will get the money, but not 100% sure. Please let us know how it ends 🙂

 
I seriously don't get why this would be an abuse at all? You cleared the wager, in my opinion it's your money after that and you should be allowed to do whatever you want with that balance. At least I thought so until now, rofl. That's super stupid if you still need to act like it's bonus balance after you already cleared the wager, what the actual fuck.

 
Are you aware that casinos usually when playing with their free spins they have a withdraw limit, right? Doesn’t matter how much you have on your account they will not check every account they have on their casino. Only when you make a withdraw their finances will check your game history and if they see the winnings originated from those free spins you will only get what they pay limit for free spins. Usually 50/100€.

On campeonbet i remember one time I won with free spins, they had a limit aswell but somehow I was able to withdraw all the money. But in that case it was luck. Happened again on evobet but there they saw it and only paid me the limit.

About the hearts it was a nice idea, maybe after you withdraw try to deposit with real money and try to get the bonus with them. If you are lucky u get a nice win and maybe you will be able to withdraw.

Deposit free spins are the most pointless thing ever. Many casinos I play in deposit free spin winnings has 50x wagering requirement. Impossible to clear the wagering. 1/100 chance.

i agree 100%, if i play with deposit bonus and there are free spins i avoid playing them.

The issue here is he signed up to a deal that said the max he could withdraw is €100 on any winnings that came directly from money he won in the free spins, as he won 20 cents in the free spins he then bet 10 cents on the next spins and hit a 400x bonus, Therefore he was betting with free spins bonus money and ALL subsquent winnings will be considered part of the free spins bonus, It has nothing to do with the wager, Yes he still had to wager but the T&C's means the max withdrawal is still €100 irrespective of whatever the balance is above €100 after wagering, It's a stupidly low max withdrawal but thats what he chose to sign up to (if you don't like the T&C's then don't take their spins or bonus money) It's no different to a slot that has a max win, Any money above the €100 will be forfeited, So he's not cashing out trying to use the money above €100 to collect hearts on Lil Devil so that somewhere down the line he can play the bonuses later. As soon as he played Lil Devil the heartstopper winnings should count towards the max €100 withdrawal limit as well.

There are a bunch of things i could say here but i simply don't want to give him any ideas.

some people cash out thousands from simple freespins, its like lottery as in low chance but potentially huge cashout

Its not smart to deposit purely to get those freespins, but its still better than getting nothing on the deposit..
