The casino informed me that @Big Time Gaming official hasn't replied to them yet.. Even thou I've revived an message from them telling me that they have informed the casino to sort it out...
According to casino support they sent an new message to the provider asking for an answer...
Soon I have to tag the casino here, hoping that it will be faster this way..
Today I got an answer, and according to the provider it was an graphics error.. And the reason for the looooong wait for the answer was that they wanted to fix so there wouldn't be any errors for anyone else...
What can you do, if they say its an graphics error then it is... Would have been nice to see how that spin went..
