Are my eyes wrong... Looking at that game screenshot that I took.. I sure looks like the Kings never gave a winning line.. (otherwise they should be gone.. Am I wrong?) 

... And the megaways is also wrong.. Should be 117k...

@m3evil  looking at those pictures yes it should be a win all the way across with the kings,  also you have Aces aswel which should dissapear. Also it says in the bottom right hand corner 22.92 euro win. Maybe if this was your last spin it may not dissapear. Am not 100 percent.  See what other members say about it.

On the megaways i have a feeling there are 1 group smaller symbols. What i mean is the symbols you see in these pictures are not the smallest so megaways are probably correct. Thats just my opinion my friend. I may be wrong. See what some of the other people on the CG site think. .?.

 
It's not full megaways as you only have 2 reels of 7 but the win figure would be about right for that amount of Kings and A's to the third on 0.60 bet to my reckoning.

 
@m3evil it is not full megaways as EUAN750 pointed out you only have reel 1 and 6 with 7 symbols. Reels 2,3,4,5 all have 6 symbols so that will definately answer your question on it being 117k megaways.  On the symbols dissapearing because its a win is a bit odd. On the whole as long as you got paid and got your winnings. It may have been a glitch ?  But PAUSEFISK raised a fair point thare. If a BTG official would care to comment it would close the matter. Which would be nice☺.

All the reels are 7.. Don't forget to count in the top 4 symbols.. 

 
... If I'm not misstaken all reels are 7 (don't forget the top 4 K.. Adds up to 7 symbols / reel) 

And sure BTG can comment here, but I think the right way to do it would be thru the support channel of the casino I played on.. Give them the possibility to answer first.. 

After that sure they can also write here..

 
@m3evil i didnt notice the winning amount when i first looked at the picture. Do you remember if you had any symbols dropping in, then it stopped at the screenshot? Mabye your phone or graphics(APP) failed to "play" the drops, but the result alltogether is correct. Because if the gameround played like this, but no animation showing the next drops and you still get a winning, i think its just a graphic bug.

 
@pausefisk Yeah had a full screen of Q's drop in before that screen... And that's why there is a win there.... By full screen I mean a full line don't remeber how many Q's per line but.

Thats a fair point m3evil.  I didnt think they counted in that way. What i see is the symbols on reel 2,3,4,5 are bigger than the symbols on reels 1 and 6. Which tells me that on reels 2,3,4,5 there is the possibilty of smaller symbols to be symetrical all the way across. Thats what gives you 117k megaways im sure. If you look at the size of the symbols on reel 1 and 6 and then think of a picture whare reels 2,3,4,5 are the same. Then you have the whole 6 reels with 7 symbols plus whats above on the 4 above im sure thats what gives you 117,000 megaways. But if a BTG official would step in to clear this up it would be nice.  This is just my opinion on m3evil. ☺?.

@m3evil ok my man have a word with your casino and see what they say. You have the proof as shown above and it was good of you to post it up on casinogrounds. Then you can get people to look at it and comment and if it helps you in anyway towards your topic that you have posted thats good. When you get a response from your casino post it up and let us no how you get on. You have the evidence to show them. Good luck.??.

@m3evil you are correct buddy on the line up being 117649 but the multiplier at the top is off 34300. I had a couple of 117649 line ups myself today and yesterday and it shows the same as the screenshot here. As said before, casino should look into it but they mostly likely just claim a software glitch from BTG as they only really host this from their servers. Be interesting to get any feedback though.

 
The game would have been tracked on the server so it will recover once reloaded and the game will play out and you'll be paid your win.

Two questions: What Casino are you playing on and did it recover the game once you reloaded it?

 
Update:

BTG has given me an answer;

You will need to bring this up with *** as it seems to be a database error and we have no access to their service. You need to discuss this directly with support I have raised it with them directly and pointed them in the direction of this thread.

According to support they haven't received any updates.. Well, just have to wait then.. Or maybe I should tag them here.. Maybe I'll get an answer faster...
