bonanza bug or what?

hiya can someone help me. I know its only low stake and there might not have been a win after this fall but, I got a win on maxways on bonanza on casino heroes. I had 2 drops and this was my third drop but I dint do the win. it finished and said u have won £5.51p but u can clearly see in the photo that there is a win with the 9s! I wrote 2 the live chat and they said they would look in to this, after a 4 day wait I have now received an email saying there was no win but the picture clearly shows a win!!! where do I stand with this? thanks

Had the same thing happen to me on bonanza, the answer I got was that it was an graphics bug, and the winning had been paid out as it should have been... 

Should be a thread somewhere here in complaints...

spoke 2 live chat again and they said the same, its a graphical bug but the win was paid as it should of been. thanks for reply  anyway guys

@cherrycoke Sorry just seen this - did the game freeze/crash? or could press spin and carry on? If you recovered the game from any state it will reboot displaying the full win.

@Big Time Gaming official yeh the game was laggy and froze so just refreshed and it started a new game not carried on.

It gave me £5.51p that I won.
