Big bad wolf problems

Problem with big bad wolf. 

This happens only when all moons are activated.

it doesent remove all the symbols, i dident got extra spin for retrigger. 

This has happend also when i played with bets up to 25€,  witch i think has resulted in that i lost much winnings.

I captured this on mobile so sorry for the video is the wrong way.

Whoa that's a nasty "bug". First time I see this, I'm quite sure it should've retriggered and wipe all the symbols but...what??

Are my eyes deceiving me? That was 100% a retrigger right there! Also it wasn't removing all symbols like you said.

Yeah this sucks, it only happens when all the moons are activated.

Ive talked with the casino and this is just normal....

So why does it only happens when all moons are activated and wins x 2????

It is because you cant retrigger when you collect all moons, hope this helps

yes until you get to the end.....I was there 3 times and no retrigger, and when you blow away the last house there is no more blowing down the house anymore.
