So I joined BetonAces today, deposited £150 and took a £150 bonus.

I completed the wagering 35x with just over £2100 in my balance, and it suddenly dropped to £200 excactly. I contacted support and they told me that the terms and conditions state:

Max withdrawal and conversion of bonus money is limited to €200, CAD 200, GBP 200, SEK 2,000 or NOK 2,000. Remaining balance will be forfeited upon withdrawal.

Now I hadn't made a withdrawal but all the balance except for £200 was gone. WTF!

Needless to say, I won't be using this scam site again.

 
That sounds crazy, Sorry to hear that. Must feel so bad after completeting the wager. I did try to read all the terms and also bonus terms, but could not see that written anywhere that Max 200 is allowed to withdraw. Just trying to help, but think it is worth a shot to ask them again were it says that in their terms. Maybe do some screenshots of it before you ask

Shittiest bonus terms ever. Avoid the casino at all costs.

@hold_the_plums what would i do is make an complain AskGamblers casino review so they get the info about scandalism of this casino website 😤 I really hate when people do these and try bait people into these sites

I just noticed when you go through affiliate link, there is no mention about it other than
and upto 200£ bonus (basically you put 200£ in and wager it, but you never profit out of it, you just get the amount *that* you just deposited

Where exactly can that be found? Just checked it in the german and english Version of the Bonus T&C, but there's no such term. 

I'm on the mga version of BoA - Screenshots attached. Probably a UKGC thing?

@Skylined87 cool if I put in the URL you are on I got the same like you've.

But if you open the BT&C over Menu - Promotions - 1st deposit Bonus - Bonus T&C you get one without the withdrawal limits. 

@hold_the_plums you really should try to get your 1900 back by complaint at askgamblers submitting the T&C which are used at the 1st deposit offer. Their fault not yours... Their fault not yours! 

 
oh wow, so they allow you to get a bonus depositing 150e, yet maximum you can win is 50e more than your deposit.....emmm...

what a shit casino.

 
It has been made clear already by @Skylined87 what their shitty terms are. But just to make sure it was correct i had to have them say it. 

This is what i would expect on a curacao casino. But so far curacao casinos has been great for me, not all of course.
