Betamo doesn't want to pay me €44000

So yesterday i got a "bonus" on betamo (40 spins) and won €44 from them, then i went to crazy time and had an insane session and somehow made the €44 to €44000 then i withdrew the money, woke up and saw that every withdraw was "Discarded", as you can see on the picture (i canceled some of them, but when i went went to sleep i had €44000 in pending withdraws". Contacted support about it and they said that the maximum allowed bet with an active bonus is €5 which you don't get told when you get your bonus, or when you register, you need to go to "promotions" then "bonus terms & conditions". Why can i even bet more than 5€ with a bonus, when there is that rule.

When you make an account you do accept the terms of conditions, but it doesn't say anything about the bonus terms. You have to find that yourself, or in my situation it's even worse..

When you click "I am 18 years old and I accept the Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy" button you are indicating that you accept the terms and conditions. 

The "Bonus Terms and Conditions"  are in the "Terms and conditions" under a subheading.

If you accept the terms and conditions then you are accepting the bonus terms and conditions as the bonus terms and conditions are inside the terms and conditions.

I know where you are coming from, I'd be looking for any way to get paid but, there is zero chance of that happening here. There is nothing vague or misleading here, the casino isn't trying to trick you, you just never looked at the terms and conditions. If you had clicked on terms and conditions you would be taken to the page that includes the terms and conditions, the bonus terms and conditions and a load of other subheading terms and conditions.

They can't have a tick box that says:

"I am 18 year's old and I accept the Terms and conditions, I also accept the bonus terms and conditions, I also accept the general terms and conditions, I also accept the deposit terms and conditions, I also accept the withdrawal terms and conditions, I also accept the account registration terms and conditions, I also accept account details and security terms and conditions, I also accept customers verification and money laundering terms and conditions, I also accept prohibited practises terms and conditions, I also accept responsible gambling terms and conditions, etc, etc etc terms and conditions."

The bonus terms and conditions are in the terms and conditions, you accepted the terms and conditions.

I feel for you, most of us learn this lesson the hard way, but it's very rarely such a large amount of money.

Ouch, that hurts.  Unfortunately, dirtystack is right.  I learned this the hard way myself a few years ago ... although no where near as hard as $44,000.00.  I'm so sorry but there is zero chance of getting that paid out due to breach of terms and conditions.  I always check terms and conditions for any changes when taking a bonus, even a small one.

Every casino has their own bonus terms that should be read before playing. Some very casual games* can be forbidden.
The max bet is there with a reason, to pretty much prevent exactly what happend in your case.

The N1 group is actually offering quite good bonus terms. They block restricted games.
The max bet is the only thing you should worry about.

*For example Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck 2, because of their 'progressive' bonus feature.

One more thing. If your bet was NOT over 5 euros, then again you wouldnt be eligible for the 44.000euros. On bonus terms its stated that the max cashout playing with bonus money is 10.000euros.

I never play with bets over 5 euro. Almost every casino has a max bet of 5 euro pr spin. I feel for you, but you always have to read the terms. 

If I can`t find the bonus terms the casino is a no go..

So if there is really no chance to get the money, then do following thing, play the slots like vikings go bezerk, vikings go hell, holmes and the stolen stones and so on all type of slots with very high stake to collect a very high value of the "free games" and free spins for example if you fill the stats there with like 50-75€ bets per spin very high and then do it on every slot you know where you can collect like this and stop right before it finishs, then when your balance is 0€ pay in some real money and then play all these slots with small stake, then as soon you get the "bonus" in every slot of them the value of them is almost like you played it on a stake of 50-75€ and even if you got only 50x its like 2500€ each bonus you get and sometimes much more if you have luck so thats the only way i figured out how you can get at least something out of that money :/ i hope this helps you somehow but if i were in this situation i would do it like that to get as much as possible

Thats bonus abuse, which is also a breach of terms everywhere.... 

He doesnt have the money in his account either now, it was taken away after he tried to cashout because of the rule breach

The wager was €1329 if it was a smaller wager i wouldn't have been betting with over 5€

Didn't it cross your mind to even check whats the max winnings from bonus money is? I mean its stated max bet 5 eur and max withdrawal from bonus money is 10k eur. I can't even blame the casino on this one since its stated very clearly and its somewhat normal rules (I've seen worse).

I can't understand why casinos set that kind of terms. These are absolutely bullshit and people don't play anymore. I haven't taken any bonuses for many years cause these terms are ridiculous. Even without these terms the casinos would win at least the same money back cause in the end people will play all money back to the casino.

Why do you think withdrawals are checked before being paid, you are suggesting someone to deposit to breach another term and end up in this same situation.

Maybe because that's the only casino with that rule (that i ever played on) and i didn't know that there is rules for max bet, why am i even able to bet more than the max bet anyway. But yeah i guess you learn from your mistakes.

True, but infact that's the only casino with the max bet rule (that i have played on), i usually play on tipico and their bonus rules are pretty fair
