So when you take a welcome casino bonus and you complete the 40X wagering your total bonus is always converted into real cash at every casino, but seems 10bet casino keeps the initial depoist bonus money which is total unethical in my opinion and why is this the only online casino that does?  I doubt anything can be done about this but I do think this should be upfront and center not tucked away in term 20 and there seems to be a contradiction to term 5 also. transcript below.

13:02:42 Emel: Hi david. My name is Emel, how can I help?
13:03:28 You: hi emel, just completed the welcome bonus wagering requirements and the £70 bonus has been removed but not added to my cash balance
13:04:46 Emel: Let me check this for you Davidv
13:04:49 Emel: David * sorry
13:04:55 Emel: I'll need 3-4 minutes
13:05:05 You: no need to apologies
13:07:15 Emel: Thanks for holding David! Currently, I see that the bonus was completed and you have available £ 193.03 total real balance in your account
13:07:35 Emel: If you do not see it on your end, please try to log out and clean your cache and cookies then log back in and it should be fine :)
13:08:23 You: I see 193 but at the point I completed wagering on Bonanza I had a balance of 263
13:09:09 You: the 70 missing is the bonus that should have converted to real money for completing 2800+ wagering
13:09:50 Emel: I understand, alright thank you for clarifying this David, I will check it further again
13:09:55 Emel: Please hold on chat for a bit more
13:10:00 You: take your time
13:14:25 Emel: Thanks for holding David!
13:14:33 Emel: Let me explain what happened here
13:15:18 Emel: So as per the bonus T&C, the bonus funds which are awarded are for wagering purposes only, which means that as soon as you complete the wagering of the offer, the bonus funds are being deducted, so you can withdrawal your real ones, if you wish.
13:16:30 You: what? I have joined multiple casino for welcome bonuses and this is can not be correct whats the incentive? none.
13:17:01 You: Can you double check this please dont want to tell you your job but I have about 50 casino accts and this is unheard
13:17:13 Emel: You can double-check the T&C here : https://casino.10bet.co.uk/welcome-bonus-casino/index.html
13:17:20 Emel: It's mentioned on term 19
13:18:23 You: When the bonus is active, any winnings from wagers made using your real money will be paid into your Casino Buy-In Account and may be withdrawn. However, if you withdraw funds from your Casino Buy-In Account prior to meeting the bonus wagering requirements, you will forfeit all funds held in your Casino Bonus Account.
13:18:44 You: i have withdrawn anything before wagering was completed
13:18:49 You: have not*
13:19:26 You: and I completed the wagering so I recieve the bonus as real cash thats how it works everywhere else
13:20:01 Emel: Yes, however on term 19 it's mentioned that the bonus funds are to be used for wagering purposes only. The winnings which are in your real balance are eligible for withdrawal, you can use them to bet or take them out if you wish.
13:20:30 Emel: The term states : The bonus amount awarded is made available for wagering purposes only. The amount of such bonus funds shall be deducted from the Customer's Account upon satisfaction of the wagering requirements.
13:21:37 You: Just seen term 20 but when gambling is involved this is totally unethical as a welcome bonus I have to say and no other casino would have a term in ther.
13:22:27 Emel: Your feedback is much appreciated David, we're always aiming to improve our services, so I will forward it accordingly.
13:22:40 Emel: Unfortunately, I am afraid that I cannot help anymore regarding this bonus funds.
13:24:25 You: I would add this also I just wagered £435 to get that £70 bonus money to real cash as all casinos do this, oddly enuff if that term was upfront and center and not unethical then I would have withdrawn a balance this morning of £360 cause whats the point in completing the wager to lose the £70?

Who's right here?

It's in the T&C which you accepted so nothing you can do. I also saw they capped winnings on the bonus (The maximum winnings from the deposit bonus shall be ten times (10X) the amount of the deposit bonus credited to your Account. Any bonus winnings above this limit will be deducted following the completion of the wagering requirements.), that alone makes me run away.

This is the exact reason i never accept any bonuses or free spins regardless of the site and their reputation. Much rather play with what is mine and know exactly where i stand. If i see £100 balance i know i have £100 balance.
