Balance Flushed Away

Hi everyone, I would be very much gratefull for any feedback regarding this issue.


My friend and i opened an account with conquestador casino, Deposited £100, £50 and £50. 
We got it up to £1202.93 .
Withdrawed £500.00 and £100.00.
The balance is now £0.00
My friend got the attached message this morning.
Regarding this message the only thing we done was got 11 Games bonuses saved  and played them later as we have done on other casinos with no problems.
Any ideas would be great

Clearly you have breach the casinos t&c and the chance of you getting any of that money is slim to none.

in case you got bonuses uppon depositing and saving bonuses for later. Well then yes your breached the terms so no money. I think you can get your deposits back

 
No my friend. It is purely in his name alone. I believe it is because we saved 11 game bonuses and never played them at the time of getting them. Not intentionally.

If that was the case then every streamer using each others accounts or having friends play while they go for a smoke should be banned for account sharing.

As I understand it,those streamers pay a share into one person's account and the responsibility is on the account holder to share out any winnings issued in his/her name? The OP's question indicated some sort of joint account the way I read it.I could be wrong but that's how it sounded.

 
You probably went to zero balance while doing the bonus hunt, not knowing that it's not only a bonus abuse but also against Casino's T&C (you said you deposited, you probably got some bonus attached with casino?).

Let this be a lesson to you. Do NOT EVER do bonus hunts while playing with the bonus balance, EVER.

This is a very good point and one streamers do constantly tell their viewers yet it still falls on deaf ears with some people.
