Auto fold wrongly on ultimate texas hold'em

I'm not much of a poker player, but i thought last night i'd give it a try. I played some rounds on ultimate texas hold'em, when this happend:

I raise 1x while there is still around 6 seconds left, and all seems fine untill the round is closed, and instead of getting my winnings, my hand auto fold.

I've reported this to rizk and waiting for the respond, but i want to ask you guys who plays alot live casino, how often does this happen? Is this normal? What shall i expect from the outcome of this case?
