Has anyone else had issue with this casino not saving free spin bonus rounds on novamatic games?

I went on live chat and was told it's impossible to save a bonus ? 

Had scatters on both captain venture and on dolphin's pearl. But neither was saved for when I went back. Do they just payout the sum as if you weren't watching? Live chat told me it voids the bonus if I left. 

Wtf is going on here then?! Lol

 
It's not a casinos problem, it's a providers problem. You cant save bonus rounds more than 15 minutes on novomatics slots. It just voids the bonus after that. I'm sorry mate but you can't do anything there.

The winnings on Novo are paid to the balance after 15 mins. If you didnt notice a big jump in the balance the bonus was shit. You should be able to check game history to see the result.

No more Novo's in a bonus hunt type thing. Noob error ofc but everyday is a school day.
