arcanebet - introducing ourselves + feedback / help thread

Little update from our end: on popular request, we have now added No Limit City to our offering! All games can be enjoyed on the highest RTP-level, as is the case with all our games.

Best of luck! 🙂

Maybe you could clarify the RTP for playngo slots as the RTP is removed from the usual place in the rules which is normally a red flag for a low RTP.

Hey hey!

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We were quite surprised that upon checking, we can ourselves no longer find such information in the game-rules anymore either. We have absolutely no control over this in-game page, this one is fully managed by the game provider. We have immediately escalated this to them to verify whether this was removed by accident and/or where it can be found moving forward. We'll keep you posted!

On our end, for reasons of transparency, we do include the RTP ourselves when clicking on the "information" button below a game, see screenshot:

Another way to check the RTP for PnG specifically, is by following these steps:

  1. Open Chrome and Pres F12 to open the chrome developer tools
  2. Open-up a Play'n GO slot and wait until it is fully loaded
  3. Go to network tab
  4. In the filter field, type: .playngonetwork.com
  5. In the "Name" section scroll down until you see acufly.playngonetwork.com and click on it
  6. You will see the RTP-version the slot is running on, it does not have the figures behind the comma, but it's sufficient to know whether you're playing the highest RTP version or a lower one.

So we are 100% running the highest RTP-version and are doing our best to display this very transparently, but we are as surprised as you are by its removal from the game-rules and will immediately inquire with the game-provider about this.

@troypersonaltrainer

I've done a personal reasearch among the casinos i (used to) play on. @arcanebet is top on the list. The list is made by checking the slots in each casino, also with the browser inspector like show in the previous post.

This is just a very small sample, but in compare you get a good picture.

I wish arcanebet had better deposit options for norwegian players, like visa.

Hi all,

Just as an update to the above, as promised we escalated this to Play'n Go and they returned to us stating that in jurisdictions where the RTP for regulatory reasons does not have to be shown by law (this includes Curacao), they have removed it from the information page...

This means that the RTP-information has been removed from every information-page, except for in jurisdictions were the law mandates it to be shown. They can, however, make it re-appear when casino's specifically request them to do-so.

We have of course put in that request, but it seems going through the console as highlighted above, will be the main way of checking the RTP moving forward on other comparably licensed casino's.

It's not exactly what we were expecting, but we hope the above clarifies the matter for you guys and we of course remain available for any other questions you may have!

EDIT: RTP is now shown again on our casino (also inside the PnG game).

Hey Guys, welcome and congratulations on the listing.

Unfortunately as I'm form Belgium I won't be able to sign up, but it's a good thing you guys try to be transparant. You don't see that often.

Good luck
