I agree that my usual bout of anger towards slots and certain providers is not on, and yes my losing has been excessive, but I can only blame myself for continuing to play. It is stressful when losing becomes the norm and I know games are not rigged, and of course nor are the providers doing anything, sometimes you just become so wound up because you want some enjoyment from winning. So apologies to any I have criticised and also Mulven who was right to point out I am being stupid

I admire your honesty bud, nobody likes to lose.

But i think you should be very careful from now on, either set strict deposit limits or take a break from gambling completely as it seems you’re in a dark place at the moment.
