Anyone who can help me what to do when Razor Ways freeze on a big win? Video Slots support have told me to wait for 5+ days now.

My game froze and wont give me the money i won, and i am not able to keep on playing the remaining spins. VideoSlots support tells me to hold on and wait but no updates at all in 5 days. So checking here if anyone know what to do? Thanks

Yeah im stuck at that moment, the game froze completley, i cant do anything in game. same happens again and again even if i try different browsers or hardware.

 
My one advice is @Skylined87 is usually the best person here for resolving issues, although that is dependent on if he has connections with Videoslots or not - if he does, he may possibly be able to get it escalated. 

If he doesn't see this thread, send him a quick DM just to ask if he's able to help at all.
