Today I played Book of Ba from by Tom Horn Gaming at Sugar Casino for the first time and I have the suspiscion that the game is seriously malfunctioning.
These 3 points came to my attention:
- I got 3 books and have not got a bonus (I double checked, you need 3 scattered books independent from the payline)
- According to the game rules, after each win, the symbols are meant to explode and new symbols are going to be dropped. The multiplier is meant to go up.
Instead you get a respin and no multiplier goes up.
-Payline 1 seems to be dead, never got a payout despite winning combination.
I have yet to receive an answer from support but would like to warn you guys about this game. Anyone experience with it?
