Haha ye it can rip. I mean there is a reason you’re allowed to play these games with bonus balance. If it was too broken they would exclude those games since they aren’t stupid. :D

 
Yeah on bonus like that is must have for sharing, and yeah i think it is the best bonus ever. Damn, i should collect hearts also in lil devil, on higher bets, but ok, on my gf account she hit 700 euro from bonus, and it is no problem for withdrawal but first 25x to wager hmm, i ended at 40% yesterday after 4 hours, anyway this is from free spins yes and whatever you win, it turns for real money after wagering, other casino can pay you max 200.euro from bonus like that

Yeah, i also do something like that, if u loose much money in one game, that game gives you back this money after few days, so rip strategy is good when u have impossible wager, was 70000 pln to wager xD 17500 euro, it wasnt so long to get 40% only 4 hours playing at 1-3 euro bet i rip money in 4 games and now im waiting to get back this

 
I made the wagering requirements and cashed out. At the same time i got the withdrawal confirmed, i also got an e-mail from bettson that i'm now excluded from all future bonuses and promotions.

The terms states that they can exclude me, i will not aruge on that. But, it was their mistake not mine. Once they knew about the mistake, they could easily take action right away if they wanted. Instead they waited it out and took actions afterwards.

Anyway, big shout-out to them for paying out anyway. To bad they don't want me to play there anymore.

You don't want to know why exactly they excluded you? You're the first one who got penalized for this I read this. 

To me it sounds like they want punish you for making this public or someone reported you to them. 

Or did you won that much out of it, broke the T&C or anything?

I already know why they exluded me. They investigated my account and found that i logged in to get those free spins. It requires no Sherlock Holmes skills to figure that part.

When they notice the free spins mistake, they could easily have scanned all winnings coming from that slot, and then take action - if their term states they can revert free spins. Mabye they cant, i havent read whole terms.

When i played the free spins, i waited for 7-8 hours before i played anything else. I though that IF they had any rights to remove my winnings, they would have done it by that time. So, i spent 2 days wagering the winnings (25x), and ended up with €2000 in cashout. I completed wagering around €1000, and played some more up to €2000 before i cashed out. I wouldnt say that is a lot of money from a casino like Betsson.

I did not break any other T&C. That is probably why they also paid my winnings. It was not me who made this public either, so i dont see why they should punish me.

My exclusion is based on breaking terms 12.9 and 12.11:

12.9 We have the right to refuse any player a Bonus or we may alter the Bonus (including cancellation), if we believe that:

  • the Bonus is being abused (our definition of abuse includes but is not limited to a player making use of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds);
  • technical issues have occurred in relation to the Bonus;
  • the Bonus is, for any reason, not able to be conducted as planned.
12.11 All Bonuses are intended for recreational players and/or as tokens of appreciation to our customers and we therefore reserve the right to restrict eligibility to participate in all or part of any Bonus.

So, i have not broken any bonus terms either. But as the terms say, they have the right to exclude whoever they want to. I guess they just making sure i wont be able to get anything else from future mistakes.

It's not a big deal, there are plenty of other casinos out there to pay back my winnings to :)

PS! Earlier this year, i got a €1000 no-wager bonus to my account at another casino. It was supposed to be €100 and 1x wager. I noticed the casino about this as an honest player i am. They took it away and did not even thank me. So yeah, i learned that time :)

Casino have terms yes but there not allowed to use them to gain advantage of a player shoupd be a case of yes or no only not when it suits them and at there timings as they could wait for a time to advise you about terms wher it suits them example it suits them if the player deposits by skrill for welcome bonus and they only mention to the player terms broke if the player wins so is it right for casino to allow the player to risk there deposit when they cant win that's one of examples by many why they should use terms as yes or no not when the timing is right for them' it's wrong they have terms but sometimes there not used to treat player in correct t way as the terms follows' one point to prove why because players can sometimes get there money back on appeal to licence.if the casino used terms in right way how did some players win appeal:)

 
I just wanted to give you guys an update on this case. I replied to betsson asking them exactly why they decided to exclude me from their promotions, even though they can do it according to terms. They have not replied back, and i felt no reason to push for it.

But, it seems this decision was made for the betsson group, meaning also my account at Betsafe. I noticed i couldnt get any rewards, and asked them, and got e-mailed they have decided to remove me from all compains and bonuses, refering to the same terms (but to the betsafe.com site).

I asked them why the made the decision, but the reply i get is only "that the decision has been made" and "we will not change our minds or investigate this matter any further". Still, no explination.

It seems they are aware they screwed up, and they want me somehow to take the fall for it. Still, it's not a big deal, i dont feel i've done anything wrong.

I have not had the account at betsson for that long, and havent played much on the site, so i can understand their thinking that this is not a regular player, so why bother... But i've been a loyalty player at Betsafe for almost 10 years (before they was bought by betsson), and done several hundres of deposits. So whoever decided this, i guess didnt care.

Well, all they gain is one player less. If they was so angry for the €2000 they lost, they could have kept me as a player, probably with high risk of getting those money back pretty soon.

They havent closed my account, and i can still play, but i dont see any reason to play anywhere i dont feel welcome.
