As a price after providing screenshot in customer service, you will be credited 50 free spins which have 50x wagering and ---> 10€ <----  max cashout DDDD 

For me this feels grande tier fk up and such a scam.

OP hasn't been scammed directly per se, though this is the casino trying to buy votes, and to me personally, that's definitely not a good look.

Sure, It may be some trivial website recommendation award, but at the same time alot of gamblers probably do use that website for recommendations, and probably aren't being made aware that results were based on purchased votes.

If a casino feels that they have to buy votes to appear as legitimate winners, then i would be wondering can they be trusted on other matters?

(And in my opinion, the fact the voting prize is 50x wagering with €10 max cash just proves they're dirty beggars!)

Alot of Casinos use this Method to get people into voting, its Not only 24 Casino doing it. 

The 10€ max Cashout Just Shows again why you should never Play on this Casino.
