Hello,
I want to share my experience with 22Bet.com because I am having ongoing problems withdrawing my money.
I created my account some time ago and depositing money has never been a problem. Deposits always go through smoothly. The problem only starts when I try to withdraw.
At first, I was told that the withdrawal method must match the deposit method. However, this already creates an issue because some deposit methods (like QR-based or card deposits) do not exist as withdrawal options, so there is no way to withdraw using the same method.
I contacted support and was instructed to change my deposit method. I was told that if I deposited using a new method, placed a bet, and completed verification, I would then be able to withdraw. I followed all these instructions exactly.
This process took several hours, many conversations, and document submissions. Eventually, the Security Team approved the new method and confirmed that it should work for withdrawals.
Even after this approval, my withdrawal was still denied. Support then said it was a technical error (Now its the chaptcha that missing) and asked me to try again. I tried again, and the withdrawal was denied once more.
What makes this worse is that:
Deposits are always accepted without any issues
Withdrawals keep getting blocked or delayed
Live chat often ignores my messages
Email support and live chat give different answers
At this point, it feels like the system is designed to keep asking users to deposit more money instead of allowing withdrawals.
I am from Indonesia, and based on my experience and many similar complaints online, this seems to be a common issue with 22Bet, not just my case.
I am simply asking for:
One clear, approved withdrawal method
Withdrawal of my existing balance without more deposits
A clear explanation of why approved methods keep getting rejected
I hope this issue can be resolved fairly.
