Hello everybody,

Yesterday was the most lucky day of my life I posted my winnings here: 





But today is an awfull day..... I got the following email:

Following a review of your account, it has become clear that you are attempting to abuse promotions. Please be advised that you have been banned from bonuses. This Bonus ban is extended to include all Casinos across the whole Network. Please also note that you are no longer permitted to open any further accounts on the network effective immediately. If you attempt to open any further accounts on the Network, they will be terminated and any funds accumulated will be confiscated. This group (casino's under White Hat Gaming Limited) still emails me bonuses almost every single day. I don't get it guys....

"abuse promotions?" excuse me... we're getting bombed with signup and bonus offers each day, and they tell us (players) that we're abusing?

Thanks for sharing @Robcop i'll put that casino on my "signup banned list".

As long as you got your money i'd leave them for good, no reason to be loyal to a shitty provider like this.

I really hope so buddy, I really dont understand the strategy behind this, as soon as you win you're banned. The casino still has the edge right? When you get a 35x wager sticky bonus??? I'm an (almost addicted) gambler always on the look out for new offers and I use them
regularly. I probably lost more money in their casinos combined than the total value of this cashout.

You're "only" bonus banned so you can still play at the casino, but without the bonus offers so your withdrawal should be safe.

 
Update on the situation: I just received my money thanks everyone for the good luck and the people that tried to help me! Yesterday I really thought they would try everything in their power to cancel the withdrawal and forfeit my winnings.  @Rexxor420@slaverchops @Slotplayer @LetsGiveItASpin @SirPontusSpins @icoslaw @Plussloto @Winni12321 @pausefisk 

The thing that's worrisome in this industry is: it's all fun and games when a player loses a lot of money. But when he finally wins something nice and wants to cash out they're treated like utter crap, almost like they're a criminal. I'm disgusted by this disrespectful behavior, and asked them to close all my accounts on their network (Whitehat gaming limited). I advise everybody to think twice before depositing any money on casinos operated by this shady group. Here is a full list of casinos opeby them:

i always trusted this casino as its the first i played online,i used many bonuses and made many clear deposits.this weekend they offered 500% up to 100,i though fuck it i will take it,i started with chilli with my 20e deposit as u cant use bonus on it.I hate this game but i had a feeling this time it will be nice for me,and it was 600x, that i made 400x with bonanza to build my balance to 300.i went to chat if i can take the money and leave the bonus and they said no problem(i did screens just in case) so i went with 250e left 50 for fun and forfeit bonus.i was lucky again and in total i have 1.1k withdrawls pending from 20c spins and still balance of 60e to play.now ... i just wonder if they ban me aswell

 
WHG are a strange lot.I have had no problems and I am signed up to many of their casinos and I signed up to 21casino through rocknrolla's link some time ago,around 18 months or so. But other people I know have just been banned straight off and usually after hitting a big win almost straight away. Very inconsistent lot.

 
All casinos and betting sites have a clause in there contract that they can remove bonuses or the account without any reason whatsoever. They must pay you any outstanding balance. Basically if they no longer want your business they can say go away. The industry as a whole needs to be reviewed as to a body who independently review the way they refuse any payouts. If there is a proper one i am yet to find it. Its utter rubbish the way it works, but with that clause in the sign up terms you have no chance of a reversal or your account being reinstated to the normal level.

I am glad the issue got resolved. Yes, the frustration is legit and understandable, especially when it comes to money. 

Due to privacy laws and more so, casinos are unable to reveal much details. Players on the other hand can always write whatever they like, regardless if it's the truth or not.

People don't get banned just because they win money. Bans and restrictions are in most cases imposed on grounds of breaching terms and conditions in some form, one way or another.

There's a reason why each and every casino has it's own risk and security department. It's not because of the 99% of players that abide by the rules and just want to have fun, it's because of that 1% that abuse, don't read the rules, those who attempt to defraud the business and so much more. 

Those casinos that do ban on a random basis, are casinos that ultimately get blacklisted. 

I'm not saying that you did anything wrong, and I am not saying that I do not believe you. I'm saying I don't have enough details needed to make a decision based on facts rather emotion and frustration. 

Did you follow the promotion rules? Did you breach them somehow? Did you play on any restricted games? Did you do anything at all you can think of, that put you in this spot? Unfortunately, due to the casinos terms and conditions - they are able to close / restrict your account whenever they like for no reason whatsoever. 

I however think there's more to this case than you are telling us, and if you are recommending people to stay away from the casino - you should inform us with facts, so we can make an informed decision based on exactly that. 

I sure as hell don't want to play at a casino that does anything remotely close to this.
