Did you follow the promotion rules? Did you breach them somehow? Did you play on any restricted games? Did you do anything at all you can think of, that put you in this spot? Unfortunately, due to the casinos terms and conditions - they are able to close / restrict your account whenever they like for no reason whatsoever. 

I however think there's more to this case than you are telling us, and if you are recommending people to stay away from the casino - you should inform us with facts, so we can make an informed decision based on exactly that. 

I sure as hell don't want to play at a casino that does anything remotely close to this.

I never breached any of their bonus terms. I didn't play games I wasn't allowed to play or they did have a fair reason to forfeit all my winnings but I didn't do that. That email I posted above is the only thing I received, I even mailed them back what's the reason I got banned. I never got an answer to that.  

I'm not a player trying to defraud casinos lmao, I'm playing for fun and I love the thrill of hitting big that's it. I'm not depositing money to make money that's not the right mindset, I deposit for entertainment purposes only. A big cash out is of course very nice if you lost 5000 euros. That's part of the game.

The only thing I did was play in their casinos and use the bonuses they offer, that's it.

If they ever give me a response to the question why they banned me from taking any bonuses in casinos in their network I'll post it here too. But I doubt they'll ever respond.

This is not unique behavior of this group btw, you can Google around and you will find similar stories to this one.

More and more casino/betting sites are on the lookout for match bettors who take advantage of sign up offers and bonuses and they quickly close these accounts. generally know as being 'Gubbed'. I have match betting friends who have got that many accounts closed that they use their partners credentials (yes the naughty little erks). It's just what happens when you match bet and is par for the course i guess.

So i am wondering if that was the case with you? Anyway pop your cash into another site and take advantage of a new account bonus and double up your wedge until you get banned again. I hope you get banned from loads as this means your doing something right.... if this is the case can you message me and tell me what your doing please...lol. Finally though, you probably will never find out the reason for sure. Take care. :)

Matched betting involves sports betting,eg Bet365,Paddy Power,Ladbrokes etc,but WHG only do pure casinos and no sports betting so it has nothing to do with that side of things. I've done matched betting in the past myself and have lost numerous bookmaker accounts too.

 
Thanks for the correction Boracic Lint, but i never said he was match betting? Only used as an example with the Bonus situation...  Read it again dude.

 
Got bonus banned too. No idea why. I took bonuses. If I won a decent amount I took it out before hitting the wagering. I rarely managed to beat wagering when I went into bonus money. 

I am a low roller and play at minimum stake. All I can think is that I won too much too quick. 

I have a cash out that has been pending for over 5 days. The group usually pay within a day but for some reason are holding onto my money. They won't reply to emails asking when I will get it or why I have been banned. 

 
Jonny Jackpot did the same to me and its on the same network as 21casino. I was getting regular bonuses then all of a sudden,just after winning big,I got the dreaded banning across the whole network email. It happens to people quite regularly and happened to a family member after winning big on their first deposit. I basically just stick to MTsecure trade and a few others now as they seem to be more customer friendly. Surely this business model is going to cost this group very soon?

The problem with the bonuses these guys offered is that they were too easy to clear. 35x wagering requirement, bonus stacked under your cash and cleared with both cash & bonus wagers.

I guess they realised there was something wrong with their bonus system as they have changed it. 35x wagering requirement, bonus stacked under cash with only wagering done with bonus money counting towards the wagering requirement.

Makes much more sense now from the casinos perspective.

Previously, and what probably led to them banning people for bonus abuse, anyone who would get lucky and get a few nice hits would clear the bonus. The casino cashier would see: Cashout+cleared welcome bonus for every new customer who got lucky, would lead to them been flagged as a possible professional bonus abuser!

Now to clear the bonus you have to get unlucky and lose all your cash, then get lucky with the bonus money, then go on to clear the bonus money.

This is exactly what I did most of the time. I lost my deposit and cleared the wagering x35. It makes no difference how its done they just are an awful set of casinos unless you are losing constantly.

The thing that's worrisome in this industry is: it's all fun and games when a player loses a lot of money. But when he finally wins something nice and wants to cash out they're treated like utter crap, almost like they're a criminal. I'm disgusted by this disrespectful behavior...

I think this is just a plain wrong thing for you to say. Most people who were banned,myself included,simply just responded to the bonuses offered by the casino and had the good fortune to win on a good amount of occasions. If as a casino you are going to ban all your customers from promotions who happen to win then your casino won't last long. I'd also advise WHG to stop opening up so many casinos if they don't want  people to take up their bonuses.

 
I won there with welcome bonus and didn't have any problems wut cashout ?

Too bad to hear bad things about them, I really liked the site and slots... 

 
Hello i am also now categorated as a Bonus Abuser, All my Accounts has been banned completly, i am schocked !

What can i do? i lost there only and multiple thousand euros...
