21.com withdrawal

Hello. I have been using 21.com for a long time, no problems so far. I won 9000 NOK, and sent an withdrawal request. Then I had to verify my account again (I have done it one time before)

5 days later I have not recieved my money yet. Just spoke to customer support. I had to send them a transaction list in my bank accound from 19 march to this date. Has this happened to anyone else? Im so scared I dont recieve my money :(

ps. They said that the withdrawal was approved.

 
I cashed out 15700kr last Sunday. I had to verify my new creditcard before my withdrawal was accepted. My withdrawal was accepted last Tuesday and received my my money in my bankaccount on Monday morning. I played at Neonvegas. A sister brand to 21.com. Just wait a couple of days :)  Your bank has to approve the transaction before they are credited to your bank account. I use Nordea.

As I already informed you via private message, your withdrawal was paid out on Sunday 21st of March at 20:58. :)  

It can take up to 5 working days before it reaches your bank account, as the payment was made via international bank transfer. Therefore you should receive the funds latest by Friday 26th of March. :)

Don't hesitate to contact me via private message if you come up with more questions, or if you haven't received the funds by Friday afternoon!

21.com is a good casino in my opinion. Just wait. PLayed with them for a while and when problems arose they always solved queries accordingly. If you get  it you get maybe takes a few extra days ...
