21.com withdrawal issues

I have been going back and forth with 21.com support representatives about a withdrawal from July 15th and 16th.

I've given them statements from July 15 all the way till November 19 showing I never received the monies from my withdrawal.

Has anyone else gone through months upon a months of battling for withdrawals?
