21.com casino really look like thief compagny and fraud identity online compagny i play online since ore then 8 years i won lots of mpney poker online ill playing almost all casino online house of jack lucky nugget quattro cashmio all casino reward casino i dont remmeber but seriously lots lots lots of casino lol but anyway i explain my case vs 21.casino i deposit maube 500 til i won something not bad for withdraw so im happy i know about pending tim withdraw around 48 usally but 21.com its 72 hour well no worry about it for me i know i will have to made a kyc cause i did it so many time lol no worry agaist so i choose to withdraw 2000$ 31 january 2020 i send i know exactly what kyc is so i know about all time losing for pending bla bla bla verification and the 72 hour withdraw request so i send now piece of id back front proof of adress back front evrything normal for all normal and fair casino so i wait nothing happen no answer i try to speack with live chat and they said me i need to send other document lol bank statment another proof of adress a vald document from my bank with logo bank and all swift code bic code with name lol evrything so they starting anoying me reallly .... i start to affraid about my honestly win i wagered all they need for made a good valid withdraw so next day i send all the fuck thy need and i live chat them for know what happen to my money withdraw request and my verification!!!!! they fucking asking me more piece of id omg i was mad and they baneed me from live chat lol so now i can only email them .... cause they jooke compagny dont have phone call number lol i told them to calling me they never calling me they have cancel my withdraw and refound my fucking 2000$ on my balance account cause they said i dont have send them all they need lol i send more then a normal casino kyc need to made a valid fucking withdraw well never answer me back about since 4 day i wait about email i have lose another 1500$ till they have cancel my withdraw now i have only 500$ on pending withdraw .... and since 4 day they dont answer me what happen with my money or withdraw nothing!!!! i have call je quebec la facture and send email to gouvernement protector canada law !!!! je quebec will call me back monday seriously dont play that joke casino we succefully deposit instantly and when its the time to withdraw or winning they dont look like to wanna paid and llok like asking more and more piece of identity i dont know if they sell all our identity i have call visa credit card and lock my credit card from that casino and told them th situation I NEVER SEEN IT ON 8 YEARS ONLINE PLAYING ALWAYS ALL CASINO POKER ROOM HAVE PAID ME BUT NOW LOOK LIKE PAIN TP HAVE MY MONEY BUT THEY WILL PAID ME YOU CAN BELIVE ME NO ONE HAVE THIEF ME BEFORE AND ITS NO THIS STUPID 21.COM CASINO WILL START I LET YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENING SOON HAVE GOOD NIGHT
